Having read all the previous reviews I am pleased that I am not the only one that feels that this practise always gives the patient respect/time & caring from all sectors. I am a long standing resident of Broadstairs and have been treated by all three doctors at different practises during my life including the Mocketts Wood Practise and have always found them to be very concerned for my needs and that of my family so would have no hesitation in recommending this surgery to friends and colleagues. Long may this service continue my thanks to you all!

The surgery is well placed for access by road or by foot. The practice grounds and building show attention to detail, and present an understated and subtle calming effect. Staff at the reception area undertake this stressful job with efficiency and professionalism. Medical support staff demostate a caring attitude and a real understanding of this often not well appreciated, but important function. The Doctors are approachable and focus on Your needs and requirements. Every opportunity to make you at ease is demonstrated. Of course there are constraints within the NHS system; however I am confident that the individuals wellbeing is paramount. I feel that this service is maintaining the established Mocketts Wood outlook on the medical profession. I feel that I am fortunate to be registered with this practice, and feel in safe hands. I have been extremely impressed by the caring, sensitive 'all inclusive' professional help provided by the surgery doctors, nurses, physiotherapist et al. In my own case Dr Reddy and Dr Sree deserve singling out for their positive approach and expertise. Receptionists, equally, have been found to be very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and discrete. Walk-in surgeries and are particularly convenient as is internet booking of appointments and repeat prescriptions. My only reservation may be the lack of privacy at reception when describing the personal issue involved.

My experience only concerns one Doctor, but on listening to other patients all three Doctors are understanding, compassionate, and listens to you. I am so glad I moved to Mocketts Wood Surgery and am very pleased with my treatment. I do like the "Walk in" clinic which happens on two days of the week, the travel nurses are very good, up to date on vaccinations needed, the receptionists are polite and very helpful. It's very helpful to have ancillary services like acupuncture on site and perhaps a few more could come.
